I recently visited Rambam clinic and I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding care I received. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a level of professionalism and efficiency that significantly eased my concerns. The reception staff were courteous and helpful, ensuring a swift and smooth check-in process. What stood out most was the exceptional care provided by Dr. Esther G. Their expertise coupled with a genuinely caring attitude, made a significant difference in my experience. They not only addressed my immediate health concerns with skill and thoroughness but also provided valuable advice for ongoing care. I was also impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the facility. It's evident that your team takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for patients. I believe such exemplary service deserves recognition. Please extend my thanks to everyone involved in my care. Both of my kids go to Dr. Klotsman. I should say that she is a great doctor. And her office and the girls in front desk are very polite. Always gives a call back if there’s any issue. She actually cares about her patients. I have seen other pediatricians who give your kids antibiotics right away if they are sick but she wants your kids to have very strong immune system and so far my older one turns 5 and we never gave him any antibiotics. Very thankful to her. Also her husband Sam does offer ear piercing to baby girls I went to him and I should say he works clean and fast but the same time he doesn’t rush and doesn’t let the baby have any trauma. Great people!

I liked this medical center. But now this is terrible...horrible irresponsible attitude. For the operation, it was necessary to take blood tests... as a result, the child's blood was taken three times... at first they forgot to take some kind of test, then they could not get into the veins, then they lost the form that needed to be filled out (thank God they found it later). went through all the circles of hell with them... they sent permission for the operation... as a result, the day before the operation, when the surgical office called to clarify the details of the tests... it turned out that the analysis did not allow the operation... When asked why you sent consent form...heard...oh sorry. a complete mess.. What happened if they had not called to clarify the information...then the operation would have failed..and no one knows how it ended....I will no longer trust the health of my child to such negligent staff

I told them PART of my culture and they seemed to judge me. On the way out they placed a security guard that wasn't there on my way in. This place is segregated off. Do not bother to go unless you are Jewish or Speak Hebrew. This is to avoid prejudice or ignorance. I'm American and multi-cultural and mixed raced and was treated adversely. Should be multiple races in waiting area. I hope New York and their people can grow towards a better future. Uniqueness and introverted is what I aim to be. Shouldn't have to go to Manhattan to gain a mixed amount of races and cultures at locations. They get 3 stars for cleanliness and also having a wide database of medical options to choose from. They lose 2 stars because services appears to be for a set crowd of people not multi-race, multi-culture.

This is the best dentist in town. He is knowledgeable and experienced. My favorite part is that he is extremely punctual and fast working. For example, I had an appointment for 9. I arrived at 9 he immediately saw me and I was out by 910. I assumed I would be finished by 930 and arranged to meet someone then. I needed to call the person I was meeting to tell him I am done early. When is the last time a person was finished with any doctor early??!!
